The German Cancer Research Center is the largest biomedical research institution in Germany. With more than 3,000 employees, we operate an extensive scientific program in the field of cancer research.

Für unsere Finanzabteilung suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt zwei Kreditorenbuchhalter:innen – eine Vollzeitkraft und eine Teilzeitkraft (19,75 Stunden / Woche).

 

Job description:

  • Prüfung, Vorerfassung, Nachverfolgung und Buchung von Eingangsrechnungen im digitalen Rechnungsworkflow
  • Bearbeitung von Lieferantenanfragen und Mahnungen

Requirements:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • Sichere Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von SAP-FI und Rechnungsworkflowsystemen (xFlow von Vorteil)
  • Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Akzeptanz und Umsetzung agiler Organisation und Teamarbeit
