Die Personalabteilung sucht für ihre Arbeitsgruppe "Aus- und Weiterbildung" zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine Elternzeitvertretung (m/w/d).

 

Job description:

  • Planung, Organisation und Evaluation von Seminaren unter Einsatz moderner Seminarsoftware
  • Weiterentwicklung des Weiterbildungsangebots für unsere Mitarbeiter:innen
  • Vorbereitung, Organisation und Evaluation von Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen
  • Verhandlungsführung mit externen Anbietern sowie Trainer:innen/Referent:innen; Kontakt zu internen Referent:innen
  • Beratung von Mitarbeiter:innen zu Prozessen im Bereich Weiterbildung und Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen
  • Mitarbeit in wechselnden Projekten des Weiterbildungsmanagements

Requirements:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor FH/DHBW – Studiengang BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftspädagogik, Veranstaltungsmanagement o.ä.) oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Seminar- oder Veranstaltungsmanagement
  • Gute IT-Kenntnisse / hohe Affinität zu IT-unterstützten Prozessen
  • Diensleistungs- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
