Das Deutsche Krebsforschungszentrum ist das größte biomedizinische Forschungszentrum Deutschlands. Mit über 3.000 Beschäftigten betreiben wir ein umfangreiches wissenschaftliches Programm auf dem Gebiet der Krebsforschung.

Wir suchen ab September 2024 insgesamt 6 Auszubildende (m/w/d) zum:zur Tierpfleger:in der Fachrichtung Forschung und Klinik.

 

Job description:

  • Regeln zum Schutz der Tiere stehen an erster Stelle und müssen deshalb eingehalten werden
  • Pflegen und Füttern sowie Züchten und Aufziehen der Tiere
  • Umgang mit und Zucht von transgenen Tieren
  • Mithilfe bei tierärztlichen Untersuchungen und Behandlungen
  • Arbeiten in der Isolator-, Barriere- und SPF-Haltung
  • Dokumentieren und Auswerten von Versuchsabläufen am PC

Requirements:

  • Guter Hauptschulabschluss oder Mittlere Reife
  • Feingefühl im Umgang mit Tieren
  • Sinn für Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Hygiene
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Eignung und Bereitschaft zu körperlicher Arbeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie mindestens Grundkenntnisse in Englisch
  • Spaß an Team- und Projektarbeit
  • Offene und positive Ausstrahlung sowie Kommunikationsfähigkeit

Eine Tierhaarallergie ist mit der Ausbildung leider nicht vereinbar.
