Zur Verstärkung des Teams der Core Facility "Zelluläre Tools" (Leitung: Dr. Rainer Will) suchen wir für das von der Deutschen Krebshilfe geförderte Projekt "Neuartige Therapien für BAP1-mutierte Krebsarten" zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine teamfähige, motivierte und verantwortungsvolle Technische Assistenz (m/w/d) in Teilzeit (19,75 Stunden / Woche).

 

Job description:

  • Erzeugung von Gen-Knockouts mit Hilfe des CRISPR/Cas9-Systems
  • Generierung von stabilen Zelllinien mit Hilfe von Lentiviren
  • Isolation und Expansion von Einzelzellen
  • Genotypisierung von Zelllinien
  • Ausführliche Dokumentation der gentechnischen Arbeiten
  • Allgemeine Labororganisation

Requirements:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als BTA, MTA oder Biologielaborant:in
  • Fundierte Erfahrungen im Bereich der Zellkultur
  • Bereitschaft zum Umgang mit Viren (S2-Arbeiten)
  • Erfahrung in molekularbiologischen Methoden
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Selbstständigkeit und sorgfältige Dokumentation
  • Aufgeschlossenheit gegenüber neuer Methoden
  • Freundliches Auftreten sowie Teamfähigkeit
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
