Aus diesem Grund möchten wir für die PSMA-Aktivitäten im Innovations-Management einen Key Account Manager (m/w/d) einstellen.
Das Innovations-Management des DKFZ arbeitet an der Schnittstelle von Wissenschaft und Wirtschaft und ist verantwortlich für die strategische und operative Geschäftsentwicklung der Translation der DKFZ-Forschung in die Anwendung. The German Cancer Research Center has taken a leading role in the field of basic radiotherapy through the successful outlicensing of a theranostic agent, PSMA-617 (Prostate Specific Membrane Antigen).
For this reason, we would like to recruit a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) for the PSMA activities in Innovation Management.
The Innovation Management of the DKFZ works at the interface of science and and business and is responsible for the strategic and operational business development of the translation of DKFZ research into application. Job description:
- Erarbeitung, Umsetzung und Steuerung der Strategie in Hinblick auf die Entwicklung des gesamten PSMA-Portfolios
- Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen und Ableitung von Maßnahmenempfehlungen zur Verwertung des PSMA-Portfolio
- Koordination aller PSMA-Aktivitäten des DKFZ
- Intern mit den DKFZ-Wissenschaftler:innen auf dem PSMA-Gebiet
- Extern mit den Partnern des DKFZ, einschließlich der Vermarktung von neuen PSMA-Erfindungen und Weiterentwicklungen
- Post-Licensing: Management der aktiven PSMA-Vertragsbeziehungen
- Koordination der Bearbeitung und Patentierung der neuen PSMA-Erfindungen
- Verhandlung und Begleitung von Kooperationsverträgen im PSMA-Feld
- Development, implementation and management of the strategy with regard to the development of the entire PSMA portfolio
- Independent preparation of market and competition analyses and derivation recommendations for measures to exploit the PSMA portfolio
- Coordination of all PSMA activities of the DKFZ
- Internally with DKFZ scientists in the PSMA field
- Externally with DKFZ partners, including commercialization of new PSMA inventions and further developments
- Post-licensing: management of active PSMA contractual relationships
- Coordination of processing and patenting of new PSMA inventions
- Negotiating and monitoring cooperation agreements in the PSMA field
Requirements:
- Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium, vorzugsweise Chemie
- Berufserfahrung im Projekt-/Allianzmanagement bzw. der Arzneimittelentwicklung in der pharmazeutischen oder biotechnologischen Industrie ist wünschenswert
- Erfahrung und/oder Kenntnisse im Management von geistigem Eigentum
- Sehr gute organisatorische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Aufmerksamkeit für Details
- Strukturiertes, eigenverantwortliches und ergebnisorientiertes Denken und Handeln
- Begeisterungsfähige Persönlichkeit, die überzeugen kann
- Teamfähigkeit und ein hohes Maß an Eigenmotivation sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit internationalen Teams und Stakeholdern
- Verhandlungssichere, sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Completed university degree in the natural sciences, preferably chemistry
- Professional experience in project/alliance management or drug development in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry is desirable
- Experience and/or knowledge in intellectual property management
- Excellent organizational and communication skills and attention to detail
- Structured, self-reliant and results-oriented thinking and acting
- Enthusiastic and resilient personality who can deliver convincing results
- Ability to work in a team with a high degree of self-motivation as well as experience in dealing with international teams and stakeholders
- Business fluent, very good knowledge in German and English
