Für die Abteilung "Tumorvirologie" suchen wir ab dem 01.11.2023 eine:n Biologielaborant:in / Technische:n Assistent:in (m/w/d) in Teilzeit (max. 60%).

Job description:

  • Produktion und Aufreinigung von Viren und Proteinen
  • Zellkultivierung, Transfektion und Infektion sowie verschiedene Reinigungsmethoden wie z.B. Filtration, Chromatographie, Dialyse beinhaltet
  • Quantitätsanalysen: Molekularbiologische, immunologische und zellbiologische Assays
  • Verschiedene Qualitätsanalysen wie z.B. SDS-Page, Western Blot, Proteinbestimmung, Sterilität
  • Labororganisation: Gerätewartungen, Erstellung und Pflege von SOPs und Protokollen

Requirements:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als MTA/BTA oder Biologielaborant:in (m/w/d)
  • Laborerfahrung inklusive sterilem und selbständigem Arbeiten
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Word und Excel
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
