Wir suchen für die Arbeitsgruppe "GMP & T-Zelltherapie" unter der Leitung von Herrn Prof. Dr. Stefan Eichmüller zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine:n Technische:n Assistent:in (m/w/d).

Unsere Arbeitsgruppe beschäftigt sich mit der Entwicklung zellulärer Immuntherapien. Hierfür werden patienteneigene T-Lymphozyten in präklinischen Versuchen sowie unter GMP-Bedingungen transgen modifiziert und für eine spätere Applikation am Patienten vermehrt.

 

Job description:

  • Isolation und Vermehrung primärer T-Zellen in der Zellkultur
  • Kultivierung von T-Zellen mittels GMP-konformer, geschlossener Zellkultivatoren im großen Maßstab
  • Modifikation der Zellen durch Elektroporation oder viraler Transduktion
  • Analyse der Zellen mittels Durchflusszytometrie
  • Etablierung neuer und Optimierung bestehender Prozesse für die Zellproduktion
  • Arbeiten nach Standardanweisungen (SOPs)
  • Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung neuer SOPs
  • Dokumentation und Auswertung der Produktion und der Analyseergebnisse
  • Nutzung elektronischer Dokumentationssysteme

Requirements:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Technische:r Assistent:in (MTA, BTA) oder Biologielaborant:in
  • Erfahrung in der Zellkultur
  • Kenntnisse in der Durchflusszytometrie sind von Vorteil
  • Erste Erfahrung in einem Labor im regulierten Umfeld ist wünschenswert
  • Bereitschaft, mit computergesteuerten, automatisierten Geräten zu arbeiten
  • Versierte MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
