Unsere Abteilung Beschaffung und Materialwirtschaft sucht für die Arbeitsgruppe Einkauf Investitionsgüter / Dienstleistungen, bestehend aus den Einkaufssachgebieten Laborgeräte, IT-Hard- und Software und Dienstleistungen, zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine:n Einkäufer:in (m/w/d).

 

Job description:

Die Aufgabenschwerpunkte sind vor allem die Beschaffung von Dienstleistungen, insbesondere für den wissenschaftlichen Forschungsbetrieb und das Gebäudemanagement, sowie beispielsweise Beratungsleistungen, Fortbildungsmaßnahmen, Veranstaltungen und Druckprodukte. Wichtige Bestandteile dieser Tätigkeit sind die Unterstützung und Begleitung der Fachabteilungen in der Vorbereitung der Beschaffung sowie die Erstellung, Prüfung und Überwachung von Verträgen und die Durchführung von Bestellungen und Ausschreibungen gemäß Vergaberecht. Eine anteilige Unterstützung bei Sekretariatsaufgaben ist im Vertretungsfall gewünscht.

Requirements:

  • Betriebswirtschaftliche oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Nach Möglichkeit Berufserfahrung im benannten Einkaufssachgebiet
  • Motivation und Wille, sich mit Eigeninitiative in das Gebiet einzuarbeiten
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsfreude und Organisationstalent
  • Sicherheit im Umgang mit IT-Anwendungen (insbesondere SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA, MS Office)
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
