Die Abteilung für Systembiologie der Signaltransduktion entschlüsselt molekulare Mechanismen, die Zellkommunikation und Zellentscheidungen regulieren, da ein Versagen dieser Kontrollmechanismen zur Tumorentwicklung beiträgt. Ziel ist es, das Fortschreiten der Krebserkrankung zu verhindern und die Lebensqualität der Patient:innen zu verbessern.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine:n Wissenschaftliche:n Koordinator:in (m/w/d) in Teilzeit (25-40%).

 

Job description:

  • Vorbereitung von Texten und Beiträgen zu Podiumsdiskussionen zu ethischen Aspekten in der Gesundheitsforschung
  • Organisation und Koordination von Meetings der Abteilung und mit Kooperationspartnern 
  • Unterstützung beim Verfassen von wissenschaftlichen Anträgen
  • Betreuung von administrativen Prozessen wie z. B. Verfolgung von Fristen für Berichte von Drittmittelprojekten
  • Administrative Unterstützung der Abteilungsleitung
  • Organisation von Dienstreisen und deren Abrechnung
  • Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Krankmeldungen
  • Dokumentation und Aktualisierung der Abteilungsaktivitäten

Requirements:

  • Hochschulstudium im Bereich der Medizin oder Naturwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation; eine Promotion ist von Vorteil
  • Sichere Anwendung von Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement sind von Vorteil
  • Teamfähigkeit und freundliches Auftreten
  • Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
