“Research for a life without cancer" is our mission at the German Cancer Research Center. We investigate how cancer develops, identify cancer risk factors and look for new cancer prevention strategies. We develop new methods with which tumors can be diagnosed more precisely and cancer patients can be treated more successfully. Every contribution counts – whether in research, administration or infrastructure. This is what makes our daily work so meaningful and exciting.

Your Tasks

Planung, Organisation und Evaluation von Seminaren unter Einsatz moderner Seminarsoftware
Bereitstellung des Weiterbildungsangebots für Mitarbeiter:innen
Unterstützung bei der Vor- und Nachbereitung von Seminaren
Verhandlungsführung mit externen Anbietern sowie Trainer:innen / Referent:innen; Kontakt zu internen Referent:innen
Beratung von Mitarbeiter:innen zu Prozessen im Bereich Weiterbildung
Mitarbeit in wechselnden Projekten des Weiterbildungsmanagements

Your Profile

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor FH/DHBW – Studiengang BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftspädagogik, Veranstaltungsmanagement o.ä.) oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Seminar- oder Veranstaltungsmanagement
Gute IT-Kenntnisse / hohe Affinität zu IT-unterstützten Prozessen
Diensleistungs- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
