“Research for a life without cancer" is our mission at the German Cancer Research Center. We investigate how cancer develops, identify cancer risk factors and look for new cancer prevention strategies. We develop new methods with which tumors can be diagnosed more precisely and cancer patients can be treated more successfully. Your Tasks
Als Fachinformatiker:in im Bereich Systemintegration planst und konfigurierst Du IT-Systeme für die wissenschaftlichen sowie für die administrativen Mitarbeiter:innen im Haus. Du richtest diese Systeme entsprechend den Kundenanforderungen ein und lernst diese zu betreiben bzw. zu verwalten. Dazu gehört auch, dass Du bei auftretenden Störungen die Fehler systematisch und unter Einsatz von Diagnosesystemen eingrenzen und beheben kannst. Du berätst unsere Mitarbeiter:innen bei der Auswahl von Geräten. Außerdem löst Du Anwendungs- und Systemprobleme. Während Deiner Ausbildung lernst Du unterschiedliche Schwerpunkte kennen und kannst Dich auf diese spezialisieren und Deine Kenntnisse in diesem Bereich vertiefen.
Your Profile
- Gute Mittlere Reife oder Abitur
- Sehr gute bis gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Begeisterung und Verständnis für Technik
- Erste Kenntnisse im Bereich PC-Hardware, Netzwerk, Computersysteme sowie Programmierung
- Gute analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Teamfähigkeit und freundliches, souveränes Auftreten gegenüber Kolleg:innen
- Leistungsbereitschaft und Engagement
- Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbereitschaft
- Selbstständiges und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
- Zielorientierte Lern- und Arbeitsweise
