We investigate how cancer develops, identify cancer risk factors and look for new cancer prevention strategies. We develop new methods with which tumors can be diagnosed more precisely and cancer patients can be treated more successfully. Your Tasks

  • Prüfen, Erfassen und Verbuchen von Eingangsrechnungen
  • Bearbeiten von Erstattungsanträgen
  • Kommunikation mit Lieferanten zur Klärung von offenen Posten, Mahnungen und sonstigen Anfragen
  • Stammdatenpflege bei den Kreditoren-Konten
  • Erfassen und Abspielen von Dauerbuchungsbelegen
  • Unterstützung bei Abschlussarbeiten (z.B. Rechnungsabgrenzungen)
  • Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten (Post, Scannen von Rechnungen, Ablage)
  • Ggf. Mitarbeit an Projekten zur Prozessverbesserung im Rechnungswesen

Your Profile

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • Gute Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Umgang mit SAP FI/MM und in den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen
  • Erfahrungen mit/im xSuite Rechnungsworkflow sind von Vorteil
  • Kommunikationsstärke, sowie gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, selbst bei hohem Arbeitsaufkommen
