Die Abteilung Primäre Krebsprävention des Deutschen Krebsforschungszentrums mit Arbeitsplätzen am Nationalen Centrum für Tumorerkrankungen (NCT) führt Studien zu Möglichkeiten der Präventionsverbesserung und Früherkennung von Krebserkrankungen durch. Außerdem wollen wir mit unseren Studien die medizinische Versorgung, Prognose und Lebensqualität von Krebspatient:innen positiv beeinflussen.

 

Your Tasks

  • Routineaufarbeitung humaner Bioproben wie Blutderivate (Buffy Coat, Serum, Plasma, PBMCs), Stuhl, Speichel, Urin und Gewebe nach festen Standardprotokollen
  • Sachgerechte Lagerung und Verwaltung der Proben
  • Registrierung der Proben in einem elektronischen Labor-Informations-Management-System (LIMS)

Your Profile

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als MTLA, BTA oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrungen in der Aufarbeitung humaner Bioproben und der Durchführung molekularer Methoden wie PCR, qRT-PCR, ELISA wünschenswert
  • Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung, Organisationstalent, Flexibilität, Lernbereitschaft, Motivation und Engagement
  • Sehr gute Computerkenntnisse
  • Gute Deutsch- und/oder Englischkenntnisse
