Wir suchen für die Arbeitsgruppe "GMP & T-Zelltherapie" unter der Leitung von Herrn Prof. Dr. Stefan Eichmüller zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine:n
Unsere Arbeitsgruppe beschäftigt sich mit der Entwicklung von immunologischen Therapien. Hierfür werden hochreine Peptide für präklinische Vakzinierungsstrategien und für die Analyse von zellulären Immunantworten von Tumorpatient:innen benötigt. Unsere Peptid-Gruppe produziert solche synthetischen Peptide und überprüft diese mittels verschiedener QC-Methoden.
Your Tasks
- Synthese von Peptiden unter Einsatz eines vollautomatischen Peptid-Synthesizers im Labormaßstab
- Aufreinigung von Peptiden mittels präparativer HPLC
- Analyse der Peptide mittels LC-MS und weiterer Methoden
- Dokumentation und Auswertung der Analyseergebnisse
- Etablierung neuer und Optimierung bestehender Prozesse für die Synthese und Qualitätskontrolle
- Zukünftig Peptidsynthesen und QC unter GMP möglich
Your Profile
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Technische:r Assistent:in (CTA, BTA, MTA) oder Chemielaborant:in
- Erste praktische Kenntnisse in der organischen Synthesechemie sind von Vorteil
- Bereitschaft, mit computergesteuerten, automatisierten Geräten zu arbeiten
- Versierte MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit
- Eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
