“Research for a life without cancer" is our mission at the German Cancer Research Center. We investigate how cancer develops, identify cancer risk factors and look for new cancer prevention strategies. We develop new methods with which tumors can be diagnosed more precisely and cancer patients can be treated more successfully. Your Tasks
- Umgang mit Versuchstieren (Mäuse), Zellkulturen, Geweben und gentechnischem Material
- Arbeiten im Forschungsteam an aktuellen, spannenden Projekten der Krebsforschung
- Anwendung modernster Techniken bzw. Nachweismethoden der Biochemie und Molekularbiologie, Zell- und Mikrobiologie, Immunologie, Tumorvirologie sowie der Gentechnologie
- Digitale Erfassung und Auswertung von Versuchsergebnissen
Your Profile
- Gute Mittlere Reife oder Abitur
- Interesse an Biologie, Chemie und Mathematik
- Besonderes Interesse an naturwissenschaftlichen Experimenten
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Spaß an Team- und Projektarbeit
- Offene und positive Ausstrahlung sowie Kommunikationsfähigkeit
