Zur Verstärkung der Arbeitsgruppe Einkauf Investitionsgüter / Dienstleistungen, bestehend aus den Einkaufssachgebieten Laborgeräte, IT-Hard- und Software und Dienstleistungen, suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine:n IT-Einkäufer:in (m/w/d).
Your Tasks
Die Aufgabenschwerpunkte sind vor allem die Beschaffung von IT-Hard- und Software sowie IT-Dienstleistungen. Wichtige Bestandteile dieser Tätigkeit sind die Unterstützung und Begleitung der Fachabteilungen in der Vorbereitung zur Beschaffung sowie die Erstellung, Prüfung und Überwachung von Verträgen und die Durchführung von Bestellungen und Ausschreibungen gemäß Vergaberecht.
Your Profile
- Betriebswirtschaftliche oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Nach Möglichkeit Berufserfahrung im benannten Einkaufssachgebiet
- Motivation und Wille, sich mit Eigeninitiative in das Gebiet einzuarbeiten
- Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsfreude und Organisationstalent
- Sicherheit im Umgang mit IT-Anwendungen (insbesondere SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA, MS Office)
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
