Für den DKTK-Partnerstandort Essen/Düsseldorf suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine:n
Die Stelle ist am Zentrum für Kinder- und Jugendmedizin, Kinderheilkunde III im Labor für Pädiatrische Sarkomforschung (AG Prof. Dr. med. Uta Dirksen) am Uniklinikum Essen angesiedelt.
Your Tasks
- Präparation von Nukleinsäuren und Proteinen aus menschlichem Blut und Gewebe
- Einzelzellpräparation aus menschlichem Blut und Gewebe
- PCR, quantitative PCR
- Trennung und Aufreinigung von Proteinen aus Zellen und Gewebe; Western Blot, Immunpräzipitation
- Umgang mit Zelllinien und Anlage humaner Primärkulturen
- Durchflusszytometrie
- Herstellung von Lösungen, Beschichtung von Kulturschalen / Flaschen
- Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten
Your Profile
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als BTA/MTA (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in den oben genannten Techniken
- Verständnis für medizinische und im weiteren Sinne tumorbiologische Zusammenhänge
- Sehr gutes Organisationstalent, Kommunikationsstärke und eine dienstleistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Selbstständiges Arbeiten in einem engagierten und motivierten Team
- Bereitschaft zur Arbeit mit humanem Primärmaterial
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Grundkenntnisse in Englisch
